The HCS Label Flexo Printing Machine is suitable for adhesive label printing. The machine can finish material-feeding, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating, die cutting and rewinding in one process.

Main features as follows:
- Ceramic anilox roller transfers the ink, inking stably and has long life span.
- Automatic tension controller from Mitsubishi, Japan for unwinding.
- Main motor with step-less inverter (Teco, Taiwan).
- Automatic tension control with magnetic powder clutches for rewinding.
- The printing unit can be registered in 360 degrees. Each printing unit can be independently geared and loosened to make the rest of units continue to work.
- IR drying device for each printing unit.
- The ink rollers will be separated from printing rollers and keep running when the machine stops.
