HCS-320-450 is used to print slips and high grade self-adhensive trademarks. The roll feeding, printing polishing, automatic infrared drying, laminating and rewinding can be done in one process.

Main features of flexo printing machine as follows:
- The main motor adopts step-less converter.
- Unwinding and Rewinding are controlled through magnetic particle brake and clutch (Japanese Mitsubishi auto tension controller) with the features of high precision
- Computerized web-guiding system is installed in the front of printing unit ,it ensures the material always in the right position.
- Flexo print part is equipped with ceramic anilox roller for transferring ink with the features of stable inking, no color difference, long life span, wear and tear endurance, anti corrosion which will also increase the print quality and efficiency.
- The printing unit can be registered in 360 degrees. Each printing unit can be independently geared and loosened to make the rest of units continue to work.
- The printing units are all equipped with IR dryer respectively.
- The ink rollers will be separated from the printing rollers and keep running when machine stops.
